## Packaged meal cost by group size

Catering for 20 guests costs ₹5,980 (vegetarian thali) or ₹6,980 (non-vegetarian thali), plus delivery and GST. 10 people: ₹2,990 / ₹3,490. 30 people: ₹8,970 / ₹10,470. 50 people: ₹14,950 / ₹17,450. 100 people: ₹29,900 / ₹34,900.

## How a menu package price is built (Silver, Gurgaon, before GST)

- 30 guests: food ₹45,000, stewards ₹6,600, chafers ₹6,000, tableware ₹5,700, delivery ₹4,100, total ₹67,400 (about ₹2,247 per person)
- 50 guests: food ₹75,000, stewards ₹8,800, chafers ₹6,000, tableware ₹9,500, delivery ₹4,100, total ₹103,400 (about ₹2,068 per person)
- 100 guests: food ₹150,000, stewards ₹17,600, chafers ₹9,000, tableware ₹19,000, delivery ₹4,100, total ₹199,700 (about ₹1,997 per person)

**What are your catering charges for 50 guests?**
For 50 guests on the Silver package in Gurgaon, the total is ₹103,400 before GST, about ₹2,068 per person, including food, stewards, chafers, tableware and delivery. Packaged meals for 50 people cost ₹14,950 (vegetarian) or ₹17,450 (non-vegetarian), plus delivery and GST.

**Is GST included in your prices?**
No. GST is extra on every plan and is added as applicable.

**Is delivery included in your prices?**
No. For menu packages, delivery is ₹4,100 in Gurgaon and ₹5,200 in other NCR cities for up to 150 guests. Packaged meals have a delivery charge that we confirm on WhatsApp for your area.

**Does the price per person change with the number of guests?**
For menu packages, no. Silver, Gold and Platinum stay ₹1,500, ₹2,000 and ₹2,500 per person for any number of guests. Stewards, chafers and tableware grow with your guest count.

**What can make the price higher?**
Dishes with costly ingredients such as salmon, tuna, lamb, fish, truffle, saffron or imported cheese carry their own per-guest charge, and so do exclusive cuisines such as Thai, Italian, Lebanese, Mexican and Japanese. Bar snacks, live stations and a mocktail bar are extra, and every charge is shown on the dish or line.
