A 500-guest anniversary and a 60-guest reunion need different staffing, equipment and timing — not just a bigger version of the same setup. We plan the crew size, live counters and buffet layout around your actual guest count and venue.

For outdoor and farmhouse events without a working kitchen, we bring a mobile setup so the menu isn't limited by what the venue can support.
