Your event

Choose your dishes

Your package sets how many dishes you can pick in each group. Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes carry no extra charge. Exclusive cuisines (Thai, Italian, Lebanese, Mexican, Japanese and similar) add a per-guest charge. Dishes with costly ingredients (salmon, tuna, lamb, fish, truffle, saffron, imported cheese) carry their own charge. Every charge is shown on the dish.

Pass-around snacks, charged per guest. Extra to your package.

Live stations

Each station comes with its own setup, chef and live cooking. Station prices are set for 25, 50 and 100 guests; in between they scale smoothly, and above 100 guests they grow in proportion to your guest count, because we add chefs and equipment. Extra to your package.

Service and setup

Stewards: one for every 12.5 guests. Chafers and the mocktail bar are priced for 25, 50 and 100 guests, scale smoothly in between, and above 100 guests grow in proportion to your guest count. One mixologist up to 99 guests, two from 100 guests.
